Yeah, probably gonna be on the fed hit list soon. Lot's of legal advice handed out today. Dang it, don't you just hate getting censored for quoting the Constitution?

I'd say if the feds raid me, Secret Nerd Base can have my stereo. I wouldn't know how to get it to you, but you can have it.

Back when Sunday evening TV was something to look forward to.

Government breaking the law to catch a law breaker is illegal. The unreasonable search, seizure, ransacking, questioning, and killing of 2 animals taken from private property, a rural farm, is excessive and at a minimum violates the 4th and 5th Amendments. Okay, a judge signed the warrant, but the execution and the method that they conducted the search and seizure was UNREASONABLE. The 5th Amendment is about due process. So far, I've not heard that the guy has any pending court dates. He never got a warning, a friendly visit, a citation, and timeline to cease and desist activities. He gets a surprise raid. No due process. That's the punishment. Surprise raid, confiscate and kill animals, end of story. The government is using Soviet style tactics to scare and intimidate the general population. The government has finished with due process, it's straight to punishment now and using these instances as a warning. Behavior control. This is not about a squirrel and raccoon, it's about civil rights and liberties and the Constitution and tyranny and not being able to do anything about it. Take note on the various social medias the ones that say "serves him right! he deserved it! he broke the law!" Those people are either not Americans or foolish Americans trying to advocate for full on tyranny. There's a lot of propaganda floating around from fake accounts, the comments section trying to sway American popular opinion away from the Constitution, law and order, civility, trying it make it look like it's an organically American trend to get away from freedom and embrace tyranny. And regardless of how bad government is, I'm not anti-government, I'm anti-tyrannical government. If the US government is overthrown you'll get 2 things: anarchy and tyranny. Under an anarchy your freedom to whatever will be very short lived, because do you want war lords? Anarchy is how you get war lords. Tyranny will fill the power vacuum at the Federal level. Tyrants will either squash the war lords or use the war lords to control the peasants, like nobles back the medieval ages. In this present crisis, government is not the solution to our problem, government is the problem. However, it's no so much that the system has failed, it is we who have failed the system. Ignoring a well designed system that works means that the system cannot work. Saying that the system has failed is trick to get you to believe that the Constitution and the American Justice system was flawed and needs to be replaced. They ones that want to replace it want to install some sort of blend of Marxism, Socialism, Communism, and Fascism, which pretty much all of those are tyranny.
