It's Japanimation, so does that make American Rabbit anime?

The original show. The original cast. The original costumes. Annie: you'll love her.

When people disappear, it's often into thin air. So, stay close to the thick air.

Ikey & Mikey. The Benny Bell song, not the candy.

Last night I drove out into the country to get away from the lights to see the lights. All I saw was a faint glow up north like it was the last bit of twilight at the end of dusk or earliest dawn. I didn't plan to stay long, I was not warmly dressed, I had on sandals, shorts, and a Hawaiian shirt. But I also went prepared with my sidearm and flashlight. After 10 or 15 minutes in this field I heard a muffled thump. I turned quickly around, flashlight on. The chill air and light dust created a slight haze. My ultra bright light created a glow and all I could see were about 5 sets of glowing white eyes looking at me. There had been absolutely nothing there less than 3 minutes prior. It was cows with black fur. The only other reflection was the top of their noses. That's the part that threw me off. Cows don't bother me, but 5 turned into 12 and they wouldn't stop staring at me and more were coming up. I could hear one taking a piss. So there's not much see last night and curious cows surrounding my truck at midnight is not my idea of fun. It was giving me Far Side vibes. They must've thought I was their handler come to drop off hay. I've had cows do that to me before, I'd bicycle in the country and cows chase me thinking I was their handler. But this gives me an idea. Place a herd of cattle on some college campuses, or maybe sheep, and see if people can tell the difference between them and protesters. They stand around, take up space, and repeat the same noises.

(For clarifcation I was on public land, a historical marker that also is a cow pasture, but that was the first time in all the years I'd seen cows on it.)

I know everything there is to know about nothing.

People: you're only playing that song because of the movie
Me: no, I knew music before movies used them; it's called radio
People: oh, well, we ain't got a radio
Me: So, you also watch "O Brother Where Art Thou"?
People: huh?
Me: oh, I thought you were quoting a movie, just like you thought I get my music ideas only from movies
