yo man They claim "oh we're drawing people in" and I'm like, no I'm staying away, your facade is unattractive, uninviting, and your food is not the same, it's got worse, and your staff is rude, and dirty, and the restaurant is filthy. I'm not fooled. They have contempt for consumers, they think all consumers are idiots, and we're all just cash cows for them.
